Replacement Ticket Arrangements
We regularly experience postal delays. With enough notice, we can arrange replacement tickets for you to collect at the ground. This is how it works if they don’t arrive in time.
1) We need two days notice to arrange these, so for a Saturday game, this means we need to know by the Thursday evening.
2) If they don’t arrive in time, send an email to northernsaintstickets@gmail.com, with a subject of “missing tickets for XXXX” (replace XXXX with name of opposition). Please don’t message John or Matt directly, as we share duties between us.
3) We contact the ticket office to arrange replacements.
4) You collect the new tickets at the ground, using some form of ID. You must collect them even if the original tickets turn up, as the old ones will be cancelled and will no longer work.
