We expect payment to be made when you receive the ticket(s) or before the day of the match, just as you would for any tickets bought direct from the ticket office. Any tickets not paid for by matchday will be subject to a (discretionary) £1 admin fee, which will go to our admin team curry fund. Any reminder emails we send to chase payment may incur a similar charge.
We ask new members to pay upfront for their first ticket order, unless we already know you or an existing member vouches for you.
We currently charge £1.50 postage per order (not per ticket). The letter that accompanies your ticket(s) contains a total amount including postage.
If we have to chase you for late payment, we may ask for upfront payment for subsequent ticket orders.
Payments should be made directly to our bank account. This can be done via online banking, or by walking into a branch of Lloyds or your own bank and making a payment over the counter.
